Renowned attractions such as West Lake and Xixi Wetland Park are also within a convenient 30-minute drive, ensuring effortless exploration of the city's highlights. As a key component of a large-scale mixed-use development, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant mix of retail, office, and residential spaces, offering guests a diverse and enriching urban experience.

We are looking for Service Leader - Training, we rely on you to:

  • Assist in formulating hotel's annual training plan, monthly training programs and staff activities plan
  • Be responsible for the organization and coordination of the implementation of the hotel's training plans and staff activities
  • Dive into departments, understand their training needs, and put forward feasible training suggestions.
  • Assist the manager in various projects and organize all kinds of training courses and activities

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Colleage degree and above, more than 1 years of working experience in the same position
  • Fast learner and full of passion
  • Good communication skill
  • Good written and oral english
  • Proficient in MS Office software
