• Pressure Piping Master Data Optimization

• Review and validate master list data for pressure piping systems, enhancing statistical accuracy of pipe lengths, fittings, welds, and other metrics through drawing inspections.

• Generate piping data quality analysis reports, highlighting missing or anomalous critical fields.

• Equipment Spare Parts Consistency VerificationCross-check equipment drawings against existing system spare parts inventories to ensure 100% alignment of models, specifications, and quantities.Develop spare parts discrepancy analysis reports to drive system data corrections and standardization.

• Special Equipment Foundational Data SetupEstablish foundational data tables for QR code-enabled special equipment (including equipment codes, parameters, locations) based on drawings/inspection reports.

• Education: Master's student in Mechanical Engineering, Process Equipment & Control Engineering, or related fields.

• Technical Skills:Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions) for efficient piping/equipment data processing.Basic mechanical drawing interpretation skills (able to read piping single-line diagrams, equipment assembly drawings).

• Language: CET-4 or higher, capable of reading technical documentation.

• Soft Skills:Logical thinking with strong attention to data accuracy and problem-tracing capabilities.Proactive communicator able to coordinate cross-departmental data verification tasks.

• Skill Development: Master industrial piping data governance methodologies and gain hands-on experience in equipment lifecycle management.

• Project Exposure: Participate in digital asset management system development for a foreign-invested chemical enterprise, delivering measurable outcomes.

• Mentorship: Receive guidance from mechanical/piping engineers with dedicated supervisor support.
