  • 及时了解并收集客户疾病诊疗及品牌使用信息。 按要求准时并如实地递交各种报表。
  • 负责了解所辖区域内医院的基本管理程序和药品管理流程/用药情况,建立、健全并及时更新医院档案。 5. 积极参与公司的各种业务会议及团队建设。与团队共享专业推广经验、心得及市场信息,协助主管实现团队目标。
  • 通过积极参与SFA项目的实施,按要求及时准确录入相关信息(拜访、覆盖率、会议、客户拜访及医学信息提供的质量等),协助主管或经理确保系统的有效运作,并能够在数量及质量上得到检查及评估。 7. 协助主管/经理确保每个品牌的学术研讨活动与市场发展策略紧密相连。 8. 执行主管/经理制定的地区业务计划,制定并不断改进指定区域的业务计划。 9. 确保所有承担的活动完全符合公司的政策及质量标准,符合中华人民共和国的法律法规及其他相关的行为准则。 10. 符合葛兰素史克全球质量政策及全球质量方针。 11. 完成上级要求的各项任务。 责任范围 Accountability Scope :(与该职位所要达到主要业绩相关的因素;直接报告、非直接报告的下属的人数;预算控制范围和责任,以及经常性的跨部门/职能的工作责任/ factors related to the result of this role: direct/indirect reports; budget; job territory; impact ) 61 人员管理 Management of people: – 直接下属 Direct reports:
