The Position

岗位:Payer Innovation Manager/Senior Manager支付创新经理/高级经理

工作地:上海

您将致力于为罗氏制药与国内商业保险公司建立全面的合作关系,并落地健康险目录、健康险产品内容开发、商业保险增值服务等多维度的合作内容。搭建起罗氏制药在商业保险合作领域完整的生态圈,包括但不限于各类商业保险TPA、各种体制医院、及药品流通企业等。

您的机会:

  • 与国内头部保司、行业协会、保险TPA、医院及药店等终端保险服务场景建立良好的合作关系;
  • 根据罗氏产品特点,协调内外部资源,围绕专病险、复发险、门诊险、惠民险等不同社商及纯商险模式,设计产品,嵌入保险责任,或以增值服务方式体现,达成工作目标;
  • 根据要求组织筹办相关学术会议;
  • 协助直线经理完成公司及团队的核心业务指标。

期待您:

  • 具备本科及以上学历,医学、公卫、经济学等相关专业优先
  • 拥有同业同职能部门3年以上工作经验;或再保公司、直保公司、保险TPA,产品及两核相关岗位3年以上工作经验;
  • 熟悉药品流通行业情况,尤其实体零售及医药电商零售的终端场景,对各类商业逻辑及业务形态有深刻了解;
  • 熟悉医疗、医保体系的基本政策,包括分级诊疗、医保支付制度改革等;对公立医疗体系、民营医疗体系的内涵及现状有深刻理解;
  • 具备良好的商务沟通能力及一定的行业资源;
  • 良好的内驱力及学习能力
  • 适应中等及以上频度的差旅(出差频率:25%-50%)
