International Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sales Target Planning & Execution - Decompose and manage sales targets, and develop and grow sales revenue for agents and distributors.

  2. Channel Layout & Management - Be responsible for market layout of key markets and clients in overseas regions, including product sales plans, commercial strategies, customer relationship management, market channel governance, and price control.

  3. Promotion & Event Management - Coordinate client resources to collect, initiate and manage marketing activities; drive sales growth and enhance brand influence through online and offline promotions and event arrangements. - Guide local overseas teams to conduct retail management tasks such as store visits, display arrangement, and inventory PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) management to effectively boost end-user sales (sellout).

  4. Market Planning & Competitive Insight - Monitor industry trends and identify competitive market opportunities. - Coordinate cross-departmental resources and document resource integration processes internally; formulate channel-specific product and sales strategies externally to increase the brand's market share.

  5. Sales Reporting & Summary - Summarize weekly sales data and work progress, analyze products, clients and market competition to formulate commercial strategies. - Timely request support from superiors or share insights with the department.

Job Requirements

  1. Education & Language Proficiency - Bachelor's degree or above; TEM-4/TEM-6 or equivalent English proficiency, with fluent oral communication and professional business correspondence skills. Proficiency in minor languages is a plus.

  2. Work Experience - 3+ years of channel management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or photography industries, with experience in both online and offline channel management.

  3. Professional Competence - Familiar with agent channel management policies and market governance strategies.

  4. Personal Qualities - Sincere, proactive, hardworking, and resilient; able to adapt to frequent overseas business trips. Relevant industry experience is preferred.5. Core Skills - Strong logical thinking, communication, judgment, learning, and reporting capabilities.
