  • Direct interface with and on-site hands-on support for assembly & test contract manufacturers on technical, manufacturing and quality issues
  • Managing Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons
  • Drive equipment and process improvements in Test to improve capacity and quality
  • Leads and provides technical support in the execution of new product introduction projects from production qual to volume production
  • Initiates qualification and reliability builds and follow through till completion on behalf of business units
  • Validates new test program and new test H/W before releasing to production with full accountability
  • Maverick lot dispositions
  • On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
  • Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
  • Willing to travel with short period of notice to work with suppliers
  • Responsible for major subcons KPI including MPE cycle time and Lot Reject Rate Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience about Power Discrete Test development projects or sustaining activities.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Power Module Testing
  • Familiar with Test Cell knowledge
  • Familiar with Test Operation Flow
  • Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus
  • Proficient English is a MUST
  • Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results
  • Organized, Focuses on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects
  • Familiar with device test qualification, 8D process, 6-sigma programs, FMEA, SPC and other formal problem solving methodologies
  • Able to apply statistical analysis skills and use statistical packages like JMP
