Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing processes and instructions/ 制程工艺和指导书
• Routers and Master routers/ 工艺流程及工艺流程代码
• Work instructions (WI)/ 作业指导书
• Instructions for machine set-up (IMS)/ 设备设定说明书
• Bill of materials (BOM)/ 物料清单
• Bill of tooling or tool layout/ 模具清单

The engineer creates and/or updates the bill of tooling by item to manufacture

工程师按照制造的料号创建或更新模具清单

• Item Master/ 物料信息

The engineer creates and updates the items to manufacture or to buy in the ERP system implemented in the location

• NPI/ 新品导入

To lead the NPI project team, create the project schedule and achieve it.

The engineer is in charge of the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) of:

• Work instructions / 作业指导书

• Bill of tooling/ 模具清单

• Continuous improvements/ 持续改善

• New tooling/ 新模具

Lead and execute cost saving projects through introduction of / 领导并执行成本节约项目:

• New lubricant/ 新冷却油品
• New manufacturing processes/ 新制造工艺
• New operating parameters/ 新工艺参数
• Procurement and Purchase Request (PR)
• The engineer will prepare the PR to get quotes for tooling, machines and equipment.

• Help with sourcing, qualification and supplier selection

Qualifications
Education:
学历要求:

• College's degree or above is required.

大专及大专以上学历

• Good English communication skills.

• Good skills of team work.

• Good knowledge of SPC and PFMEA

良好的SPC及PFMEA知识背景

Experience, Skills & Background:

• Background in metal stamping design, fixture design preferred.

• 3 to 5 years' experience.
