Job Description

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 制定公司产品在分管区域非目标市场的营销计划,完成非目标的营销目标。
  • 在分管区域内,筛选重点连锁药店合作伙伴,并与之开展谈判、进行合作,扩大公司产品的可及性。
  • 维护分管区域非目标市场的重点终端,开展学术活动,提升产量。
  • 开发分管区域非目标市场新增长点,推进高潜终端铺货及销量增长。
  • 通过公司商务组织,与经销商定期开展销售沟通会,借助商业公司的平台,提升经销商在分管区域内覆盖终端的数量,推进深度分销。
  • 与市场部紧密合作,在分管区域内开展深度分销活动(如院长会,连锁培训等等),确保完成分销进度。
  • 做好分管区域非目标市场的营销预估,为公司决策、发货、安排生产提供依据。
  • 在分管区域内收集、分析相关政策、竞争对手、区域市场容量及各渠道市场容量等信息,及时上报。

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 本科以上学历,医学、药学或相关专业毕业
  • 5年以上商务分销/零售工作或相关经验,有连锁药店/医院销售工作经验者优先,有同类合资公司经验者优先
  • 能力要求:精通Office操作软件(Excel和PPT)、较强的分析和处理事情的能力、较强的沟通能力及流利的演讲技巧、对数据敏感度高
  • 业务规划与执行层级
  • 能够主动汇总、整理和分析各类基础数据信息,有意识地从多个视角不同层面加以分析,为业务决策提供支持,制定所辖团队中短期任务目标、工作计划等。
  • 乐于接受挑战,能识别多重任务的优先级,执行时遇到困难能够灵活、沉着应对。
  • 政策及市场洞察力
  • 掌握适用于责任市场的医保政策、零售市场,医疗市场的法律法规及最新发展变化,识别其对武田中国的影响并能在参与业务规划时独立思考应对方案。
  • 利用经销商、零售、医疗客户及个人关系网等多种方法,从多角度(宏观经济形势、竞争业态)收集市场相关信息,并分析可能对武田产生的影响。
  • 风险控制
  • 积极思考公司业务发展需求,从而对Non-Target市场客户提出合理的、更高绩效的要求(门店铺货率、首推率、库存水平等)。
  • 通过定期分析责任市场销售数据发现常规性的问题,及时采取例行的解决办法纠偏,有效控制或化解双方合作过程中的风险。
  • 关系建立与维护
  • 能迅速摸清当地各类关系脉络分布情况,准确识别对深度分销业务有影响的关键人员(如医院药剂科专家、零售渠道采购,经销商深度分销人员等)。
  • 通过广泛参与社会活动(行业论坛、院长会等),与关键人员建立和维持良好的关系,推动自身业务目标实现。
  • 沟通与协作
  • 跨部门 /团队沟通中能理解和尊重他人(如充分给予他人发表不同意见的机会), 客观公正地摆事实、讲道理,影响他人接受自己的观点。
