The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a warehouse manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Be responsible for third-party/LLP, warehouse, import/export and last-mile delivery operation performance.  
• Optimize inbound and outbound distribution logistics, including management of internal and 3PL distribution and transportation of finished goods.
• Drive capacity planning, space optimization, continuous warehouse productivities, quality improvements, transportation and freight cost control with 3PL/LLP.
• Manage the performance of goods receiving to ensure appropriate liaisons with manufacturing site, distribution centre and international freight provider contacts occur timely to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery of products required.
• Ensure availability of Solventum products to meet customer demand as per order at optimized costs.
• Be the primary point of contact for customer delivery query and escalation for parts availability.
• Monitor 3PL/LLP performances and conduct periodic operation reviews to ensure operation and cost KPIs are on target.
• Initiate improvement projects to drive productivity and cost savings.
• Review 3PL/LLP contracts and work with Sourcing Team for contract renewal, re-assessing current scope and finalization of scope for any new activity.
• Be responsible for ensuring a safe and sustainable operation.
• Be involved in optimizing country and regional strategies and processes for internal and external customers in to meet business requirements in collaboration with corporate logistics, regulatory, business and customer service teams and stakeholders.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:

• Possess minimum 8 years of working experience in logistics, manufacturing and/or continuous improvement environment, preferably with a healthcare or life science organization.
• Understand the customs regulatory requirements for storage and distribution of healthcare products in bonded/non-bonded environment with experiences of implementing and managing a compliant logistics and distribution workflow.
• Ability to communicate well with cross functional teams in English.
