Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. 5 years Architecture/Landscape/Interior/Outdoor furniture design or Art Related Business Development Experience. Working Scope New business development and client communication, including capability to introduce potential clients. Drafting fee proposal, handling tender documentation and review contract, etc. Assist other departments with resolving problems occurring during the design or fabrication stages. Able to travel for business trips.
