About Our Client
A growing international business in the specialised automotive sector is seeking a General Manager to manage its China operations - sales & assembly projects. The company has a local assembly line with plan to expand its commercial footprint across China and into neighbouring markets. The business has a stable foundation and is entering a new phase of operational and sales development.

Job Description
This is a strategic l-eadership role that
blends commercial and operational responsibilities
, with oversight of a lean and agile team.

The General Manager will oversee China's business performance, drive sales growth, and manage the setup and execution of local assembly operations. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and offers significant autonomy and impact.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in sales within commerical vehicles/automotive, special machinery or related industries.
  • Experience managing assembly projects (MUST HAVE)
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
