  • Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the continuous further development of a quality team in the quality laboratory.
  • Ensure the smooth work of the quality laboratory as well as organize the timely & effective completion of process and quality control.
  • Research and develop the new analytical method, as well as the solution of testing problem.
  • Ensure that the tests methods are correctly implemented, documented and up-to-date.
  • Quality assurance of raw materials, intermediate products and finished goods, including quick troubleshooting and the checking of initiated measures.
  • Tracking the quality issue and collaborate with other related department to discuss the quality issue to find out the root cause, plan the corrective action and track the implementation of the corrective action.
  • Push and coordinate the customer complaints, as well as make sure the preventative and corrective action have been taken.
  • Manage and conduct internal training for quality personnel.
  • Ensure the achievement, maintenance and continual improvement of procedures and policies conforming to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 standards and any other certifications that affect your facility. Required skills and experience
  • Extensive experience in quality control as well as quality assurance management within the chemical industry.
  • At least 10 years of team management experience.
  • Familiar with basic chemical lab work and ISO management.
  • Good statistics skills to analyze testing data and drive continuous improvement under demanding situations.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented working attitude.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree majors in chemical related fields, master preferrable.
