工作目的:
该职位将与跨团队协作,制定关键治疗领域的商业保险综合准入策略,以进一步支持公司的业务增长。

主要职责 :

  • 支持开展市场及政策动态、竞争情报等的趋势分析,生成准入洞察
  • 为产品制定NRDL(国家医保目录)之外的综合性准入策略及优先级,如:城市定制型商业保险目录纳入
  • 协同内部(业务部门、政府事务、市场准入等)及外部相关方,推动产品进入商业保险目录,确保达成既定优先级与目标
  • 完成团队负责人安排的其他任务

基本要求:

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 8年以上医药行业、咨询行业相关工作经验,具有政府事务和市场准入工作经验的优先,有MNC器械或药品公司经验的优先
  • 对于政策敏感度高,具备独立策划、项目运营的能力
  • 可独立拓展多元支付模式合作伙伴,与多元支付模式的主要参与方,建立紧密合作联动,包括但不限于政府部门、政策学术机构、商业健康保险,等
  • 具有较好的中英文表达能力、书写能力
