工作职责
1.开发、评估和认证战略供应商,建立分级管理体系。
2.分析市场趋势(原材料价格、供需关系等),预判风险并制定应对方案,利用ERP/SRM系统分析采购数据,生成策略报告
3.主导供应商谈判(价格、账期、交付条款等),签订框架协议
4.定期审核供应商绩效(质量、交付、服务),推动持续改进
5.通过TCO(总拥有成本)分析、比价议价、价值工程(VA/VE)等手段降本
6.协调解决采购过程中的异常问题(如交付延迟、质量缺陷)
7.识别供应链风险(如断供、地缘政治等),制定备选方案(双源采购、安全库存)

任职要求
1,良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力
2,熟悉ERP ,SAP 等系统,熟悉MRP 逻辑
3,良好的沟通能力,团队作精神和基本的商业知识
4,强烈的自驱能力,以终为始,积极主动
5,有通信行业工作经验者优先
6,数据分析经验,有供应和物流或分析方面的经验将是加分项
