该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责/Job Responsibilities 1. 客户开发与关系维护/Client Development & Relationship Management 负责目标客户定期拜访,挖掘潜在商机,建立长期客户合作关系 Conduct regular visits to target clients, identify potential business opportunities, and establish long-term partnerships. 2. 维护重点客户关系,及时响应客户需求,提升客户满意度及复购率 Maintain key client relationships, promptly address client needs, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase rates. 3. 精准把握项目节点,制定竞争策略,确保订单高效转化 Accurately track project milestones, develop competitive strategies, and ensure efficient order conversion. 4. 深入分析客户市场定位及采购计划,建立客户需求数据库 Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' market positioning and procurement plans, build a client demand database. 5. 定期输出行业竞品分析报告,为销售策略制定提供数据支持 Deliver periodic competitor analysis reports to support data-driven sales strategy formulation. 6. 制定并执行区域销售计划,完成年度销售指标及回款任务 Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve annual sales targets and payment collection goals. 7. 动态监控销售漏斗,持续优化销售转化路径 Dynamically monitor the sales pipeline and continuously optimize sales conversion paths. 任职要求/Qualifications 1. 教育背景/Education Background 本科及以上学历,微电子、材料科学、电子工程等半导体相关专业 Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering, or related semiconductor fields. 2. 行业经验/Industry Experience 1年以上半导体行业销售经验,有探针卡销售经验者优先

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, prior experience in probe cards sales is preferred. 3. 核心能力/Core Competencies 具备优秀的商务谈判技巧与合同风险把控能力 Strong commercial negotiation skills and contract risk management capabilities. 擅长客户需求挖掘与技术型销售转化 Skilled in client needs exploration and technology-driven sales conversion. 4. 职业素养/Professional Attributes 能适应高频次出差(每月≥50%),具备抗压能力 Adaptable to frequent business trips (≥50% monthly) and capable of working under pressure. 拥有市场敏锐度,擅长通过技术交流建立客户信任 Market acumen with the ability to build client trust through technical communication. 5. 语言要求/Language Requirements 英语CET-6及以上,能熟练进行技术方案双语呈现 CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency, with the ability to present technical solutions bilingually.

具备英文合同条款解读及商务谈判能力 Capable of interpreting English contract terms and conducting business negotiations in English.
