Legal Assistant, Structured Finance and Derivatives, Capital Markets

Due to the continued growth of our business, across the region, we at Linklaters are looking for a dedicated and committed Paralegal to be a part of our Structured Finance and Derivatives team. Reporting to the Partners and working with the team across the Asia region, in this Paralegal role, your prime scope of work would be to assist with the team with execution of deal documents, legal research, some document negotiation, including providing dedicated matter support to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time and to the ultimate clients' satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work with fee-earners and clients to prepare first drafts and in the negotiation of documents, and to assist with the preparation of final drafts and execution of final documents
- To work with fee-earners on the running of transaction closing processes
- To assist with legal research and know-how management of recent developments in the market
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in law
- Fluent English would be essential
- Ability to draft and write in English language
- Stable experience would be an added advantage
- Highly robust with an eye for attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
