We are partnering with a multinational technology company in the maritime industry. This role plays a key part in driving sales growth and developing effective sales strategies to expand into new clients and strengthen existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, adjusting strategies to local market conditions and customer needs.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure projects are set up effectively.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Develop and implement market entry plans to grow the company's presence.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Oversee sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Strong background in sales and client management.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the maritime industry.
  • Network of contacts across shipping companies (ship owners, ship managers, ship operators).
