Solutions Sales Manager

We are partnering with a multinational technology company in the maritime industry. This role plays a key part in driving sales growth and developing effective sales strategies to expand into new clients and strengthen existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, adjusting strategies to local market conditions and customer needs.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure projects are set up effectively.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop and implement market entry plans to grow the company's presence.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Oversee sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Requirements
- Strong background in sales and client management.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the maritime industry.
- Network of contacts across shipping companies (ship owners, ship managers, ship operators).
