Your Key Responsibilities

Globe Position Name:Materials Technology Eng.

  • Process development of semiconductor packaging, interconnection process and circuit parameter extraction
  • Market research for new technological trends in your area of responsibility
  • Identify and develop new technology supplier in your area of responsibility
  • Planning and execution of DOE based on internal existing processes and together with external suppliers
  • Full responsibility for the organization of your project workstreams including proper project result documentation
  • Creation and holding of presentation for internal and external stakeholder
  • Preparation of product cost calculation for early innovation product concepts
  • Establish a reliability model for packaging materials, develop validation plans and data analysis
  • Resolve failure issues caused by packaging processes/materials and analyze mechanisms
Your Qualifications
  • Master's degree or above, majoring in electronics, microelectronics, materials science, mechanical engineering, semiconductor physics, or related fields.
  • Those who are particularly outstanding can be admitted to undergraduate programs;
  • Proficient in using 2D/3D structural design software such as CAD and SolidWorks, with experience in finite element simulation or thermal simulation preferred;
  • At least one power module mass production project experience, with SiC packaging mass production experience preferred
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • A deep understanding of power module technology trends, with relevant patents or published papers preferred.
  • Versatile, with outstanding problem-solving skills and experience in designing experiments (DOE), possessing extensive experience in constantly evolving and complex businesses
  • Very familiar with the automotive manufacturing process of power module products for high-power inverter applications
