Position Summary

  • Develop vendors to ascertain their ability to meet company requirements in terms of cost, quality, quantity and delivery
  • 开发供应商,以确定其在成本、质量、数量和交付方面满足公司要求
  • Negotiate the commercial terms of the contract, including price, payment terms etc.
  • 对合同进行商务条款的谈判,包括价格,账期等
  • Supplier evaluation and make key supplier strategy
  • 评估供应商和制定关键供应商策略
  • Expedite problems with suppliers regarding costs, quality, quantity and delivery of goods purchased
  • 加快解决与供应商在采购货物的成本、质量、数量和交付方面的问题
  • PO and payment management
  • 订单及供应商���款管理
  • Support Project Manager, in charge of prototype purchasing according to purchasing process
  • 支持项目经理,按照采购流程负责样机的采购工作
  • Support sales to do the price evaluation in the project bidding phase
  • 支持销售人员在项目投标阶段进行价格评估
  • Finish programming job assigned by project execution team with automation engineer's support.
  • 在自动化工程师的支持下完成项目执行中的编程工作。
  • Site management job, such as communication with customer and other related party, supplier management, project progress management, quality control, safety management, document preparation etc.

项目现场实施过程中的管理工作,如与客户及其它相关方的沟通、供应商管理、项目进度管理、质量管控、安全管理、文档准备等。

  • Site technical job, such as mechanical and electrical installation instruction, equipment commissioning, testing and acceptance organization, punch list following up and closing etc.

项目现场技术工作,如:机电安装指导、设备调试、测试及验收、问题项跟踪处理等。

  • Complete documentation job such as functional description, operation manual, training document etc.

完成相应文档编制工作,如:功能描述、操作手册、培训手册等。
