高级项目采购工程师

工作概要 Summary
该岗位负责新项目开发全过程中的采购管理与执行,涵盖BOM成本评估、供应商定点、采购进度控制及生命周期成本优化。高级项目采购需在项目早期阶段主动介入,与跨部门密切协作,确保采购活动符合项目时间节点、成本目标及质量标准,并在整个项目周期内持续挖掘降本机会。

This position is responsible for managing and executing procurement activities throughout the development of new projects, including BOM cost evaluation, supplier nomination, sourcing timeline control, and lifetime cost optimization. The Senior Project Buyer is expected to engage early in the project phase and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement meets timing, cost, and quality targets, while continuously identifying cost-saving opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• 项目初期成本评估 BOM Cost Evaluation in Acquisition Phase
• 在项目获取及设计阶段提前介入,参与BOM成本分析;

Early involvement in acquisition and design phases to support BOM cost analysis.

• 准时输出通用零件的合理成本评估,支持项目达成NOP目标;

Deliver timely and reasonable cost evaluations for common parts to support NOP achievement.

• 与物料采购专员协作,深入分析复杂零件的成本结构;

Collaborate with commodity buyers to deep dive into complex part cost structures.

• 项目采购执行 Project Sourcing Execution
• 根据项目时间计划,建立采购跟踪清单,监控BOM成本与采购进度;

Create and maintain a purchasing tracking list based on project timing plan, monitor BOM cost and sourcing progress.

• 执行RFQ流程、采购计划及供应商定点;

Conduct RFQ, sourcing procedures, and supplier nomination according to the sourcing plan.

• 跟踪模具采购申请(PR)状态,确保符合项目预算与公司付款计划;

Monitor tooling PR status in alignment with project budget and company payment schedule.

• 发起产能调查,确认供应商产能满足新项目需求;

Issue capacity surveys and confirm supplier capacity for new projects.

• 生命周期成本优化 Cost Reduction
• 挖掘项目生命周期内的降本机会;

Identify cost reduction opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

• 协助组织供应商可行性评估,收集潜在节省方案与成本数据;

Assist in organizing feasibility studies with suppliers and collecting potential savings and cost data.

• 协助准备管理层审批材料。

Support preparation of cost reduction proposals for management approval.

学历&经验Education & Experience:

• 本科及以上学历,工科或供应链相关专业优先;

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain Management;

• 5年以上汽车零部件行业采购经验。

Over 5 years of purchasing experience in the automotive components industry.

技能Skills

• 熟悉冲压、塑料、喷涂、电镀、线束等工艺及成本模型;

Familiar with process and cost models of stamping, plastic, painting, plating, harness, etc.;

• 具备跨部门协作能力与项目意识;

Strong cross-functional collaboration and project awareness;

• 熟练使用办公软件,具备良好的沟通能力;

Proficient in office software and effective communication skills;

• 英语听说读写能力良好,可作为工作语言;

Good command of written and spoken English for business use;

• 具备成本敏感度与目标导向思维

Cost-sensitive and result-oriented mindset.
