Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze customer data from various sources such as surveys, feedback, social media, and sales data.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to understand customer behavior and preferences.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

Reporting and Presentation:

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into actionable strategies for marketing, product development, and customer service teams.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to integrate customer insights into business strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Customer Segmentation:

  • Develop customer segmentation models to target specific groups effectively.
  • Analyze customer lifetime value and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Strategy Development:

  • Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is often preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer insight, market research, or a related field.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Tableau).

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
