The Group's team members come from investment bank, asset management institute, listed company, Big-Four accounting firm, and leading real estate developer, etc. Peacock Capital was founded in 2012 in Hong Kong with the goal to become the industry leader of the corporate finance advisory and alternative investment industries in the Greater China region. Since its inception, the Group has helped its clients to complete a series of restructuring, debt financing, equity financing, investment, and trade sale transactions with over US$100 Million in value. Peacock Capital Group's main business consists of three parts: Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory – focusing on helping entrepreneur and corporate clients to obtain funding from institutional and strategic investors, to conduct corporate finance and M&A transaction, and to develop and execute IPO planning. Alternative Investment – focusing on investing in early stage venture and special situation investment opportunities. Consulting (via ZAT Consulting Group) – focusing on strategizing, planning and executing on the fundamental needs for a business to excel in today's everchanging business landscape. We are looking for one to two motivated intern(s) to support our Corporate Finance operations in Shanghai and their responsibilities include:

• Conduct research and financial analysis;
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation;
• Execute corporate finance related project to be assigned by senior from time to time;
• Support office administrative work and other ad hoc assignment. Successful candidate should possess the following characters:
• Being a recent graduate or final year student from a top university with top 10% grade point average of the class;
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English and Mandarin;
• Positive, responsible, trustworthy, and diligent;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. WORD, PPT, and EXCEL (other IT skills, e.g. Photoshop, will be welcome);
• Being able to work at least 3-5 days a week for a period of not less than 3 months; Job description:
• Job Location: TianZiFang (near DaPuQiao Station of Shanghai Metro Line 9);
• Office hour: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (however, overtime after normal office hour and during weekend may be required);
• Remuneration: RMB250.00 per day;
• Start date: As Soon As Possible
