关于职位
此职位负责展位的销售与分配、增值服务以及其他相关销售职能,尤其是在指定展会中开发新的客户与业务,并对关键客户和忠实客户进行跟进,以促进收入增长并维持客户保留率。此角色还需协助项目经理开发新的展览相关产品并制定销售策略。

职位要求

  • 及时了解行业的状况,市场变化趋势,主要客户资源,配合助理项目经理制定积极合理的销售策略,并随着市场的变化及时调整策略,推动项目取得预期的销售目标。
  • 管理销售团队,推动团队以价值为导向进行销售,并完成各阶段的指标,包括展位收入,广告项目收入,电子商务收入,路演会议收入、展会核心买家和会议听众邀请等。
  • 管理销售团队以落实公司销售行为指标。
  • 负责团队的建设,培养团队人员,以提升团队成员的专业知识、能力、服务质量和工作效率。
  • 负责某几个版块开发,包括版块发展策略制定和执行,以使版块高速成长。
  • 亲自负责部分客户并达成个人业绩目标。
  • 基于项目和公司发展需求指定的其他工作要求

About The Role
To be accountable for sales and assignment of exhibit space, VAS coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows, especially to generate new customer & new business and follow up with the key accounts & loyal accounts so as to develop the revenue and maintain expected customer retention rate. Assist project manager to develop new exhibition related product and setup the sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about industry status, market trends, and key customer resources. Collaborate with the Assistant Project Manager to develop proactive and reasonable sales strategies and adjust them promptly as the market evolves to achieve the project's expected sales targets.
  • Manage the sales team to drive value-oriented sales and achieve various stage targets, including booth revenue, advertising project income, e-commerce revenue, roadshow revenue, and the recruitment of core buyers and conference delegates.
  • Oversee the sales team to ensure the implementation of the company's sales performance indicators.
  • Take responsibility for team building and personnel training to enhance team members' professional knowledge, abilities, service quality, and work efficiency.
  • Be responsible for the development of certain sectors, including formulating and executing growth strategies to achieve rapid sector growth.
  • Handle certain clients personally and achieve individual performance targets.
  • Fulfill other work requirements as specified based on project and company development needs.
