  • Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
  • According to the system requirements, complete the test plan, system construction, and related performance optimization verification.
  • Provided new product introduction, mass production feasibility analysis, product performance, and testing solution optimization.
  • Familiar with optical communication product research and development, pilot test, production process, test method, engineering change process.
  • Responsible for related debugging and testing documents, writing test operation guidance documents, and training new process documents for production line testing operator. Desired Knowledge
  • Master's degree with 3+ years or Bachelor with 5+ years transceiver module test and hardware background.
  • Basic capability of transceiver testing including EVT/DVT/FVT, experience of PAM4 debug is prefer.
  • Experience of module debug, test solution optimization and test plan setup.
  • Experience of oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers(VNAs), bit error rate teter(BERT), and other related equipment.
  • Familiar with the working principle and application of optical transceiver module, have transceiver module debugging, testing experience is preferred, understand the basic performance and use of related test equipment.
  • Effective communication, coordination, learning and comprehensive problem analysis skills.
  • Good English skills, CET-4 or above, including reading, speaking, and writing. Desired characteristics
