  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, or mechatronics, automation or other related science and engineering fields. 机械设计及制造,或机电一体化,自动化等相关理工科专业,本科学历或以上; 2.8+ years working experience in electronic product R&D. 8年以上电子产品研发工作经验;
  • Experience in connector manufacturer preferred, especially in Audio connector/equipment industry. 有连接器行业经验者优先, 特别是音频连接器/设备行业更优;
  • Be familiar with professional knowledge of connectors, having ability to design the structure of connector products, be familiar with product material selection, related design and testing standards. 熟悉连接器专业知识;具备一定连接器产品结构设计能力,熟悉产品选材,相关设计,测试标准;
  • Be familiar with the structures and processing techniques of plastic molds, metal molds, fixtures, etc. 熟悉塑胶模具、五金模具、治具等结构及加工工艺;
  • Project management skill is required. 有项目管理技能;
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing,good English speaking are preferred. 英语读写熟练,口语良好优先;
  • Passion and self-driven, with enterprising spirit, ability to analyze and solve problems independently. 富有工作热情和进取精神, 有独立分析解决问题的能力;
  • Proficient in using Autodesk or Solidworks, as well as AutoCAD/Office software, etc. 熟练运用 Autodesk或 Solidworks, and AutoCAD / Office 等软件。 Responsibilities 岗位职责:
  • Lead the design of new products such as connectors, sample production, and project development management and follow-up related product engineering verification. 主导连接器等新产品设计,样品制作,产品相关工程验证等项目开发管理及跟进;
  • Develop new product project development plans, review drawings during the project process, prepare and review product test specification sheets, FAI, ERP systems, DFMEA and other related engineering documents. 制定新产品项目开发计划,项目过程中图面审核,产品测试规格书,FAI, ERP系统, DFMEA等相关工程文件制作及审核;
  • Be responsible for the improvement and optimization of old products, provide technical support to relevant departments, and solve related problems during the application process of customers. 负责老产品的改进,优化,提供技术支持给相关部门,及客户应用过程中相关问题的解决;
  • Communicate with customers about the specific application, installation and functional requirements of related products to smoothly promote the successful development of new products. 跟客户沟通相关产品的具体应用,安装及相关功能的要求,以顺利推进新产品开发成功;
  • Regularly hold project meetings to assess the progress of the project, understand the problem points of the project, help analyze and solve them in a timely manner. 定期进行项目会议,评估项目的进度,了解项目的问题点及时分析解决;
