Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Responsible for managing customer interactions and delivering impactful presentations to showcase products, solutions, and business proposals.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and activities to identify potential business development opportunities.
  • Develop and propose marketing strategies to enhance the company's trading position and profitability.
  • Track sales volume and contribution potential of all brands and products to ensure marketing plans are well-founded and promotional funds are allocated effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, monitor their business developments, and recommend adjustments to marketing plans when necessary.
  • Identify market segments where the trading position can be improved, draft proposals to maximize short-term opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide market insights and results to the sales team and update individual account strategies to support business objectives.
  • Design and implement trade and retail promotional activities to maintain profit margins and strengthen product and brand image.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Min 3-5 years solid working experience in relevant industry;
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in market analysis, marketing strategy development, and execution, with strong knowledge of industry trends.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
