该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述Job description 目的Purpose 高效执行电驱动系统的标定工作。 Efficiently perform calibration of electric drive systems. 职责Responsibility: 1. 制定和维护电驱动系统的标定计划和标定方案。 Define and maintain plan of electric drive-system calibration. 2. 执行电驱动系统的标定,数据分析,验证和结果汇报。 Implement electric drive-system calibration, data analysis, validation and result report. 3. 管理标定数据。 Manage calibration dataset. 4. 与客户一起参加电驱动相关的车辆性能评估,评估标定状态。 Participate vehicle performance evaluation together with customer, review calibration status. 5. 参加户外标定。 Do outdoor calibration and test with customer. 6. 对标定相关的客户需求和问题排查解决给出快速响应。 Fast reaction to customer requirement and trouble shooting. 7. 持续总结和改进标定方法。 Continuously summarize and improve calibration methods. 8. 参与电驱系统的设计评估、功能开发等相关工作。 Participate in the design, evaluation, function development and other related work of the electric drive system. 9. 协助和推动设计部门改进产品质量。 Assist and promote the design department to improve product quality. 10.完成上级指派的其他工作任务。 Accept other responsibilities required by supervisor. 工作经验Work Experience 一年以上电驱动系统的软件或标定经验,或者三年以上VCU/TCU 标定经验。 More than 1 years' experience on electric drive-train software and/or calibration, or 3 years of VCU/TCU calibration. 知识技能 Knowledge and skills 1. 熟悉汽车和电机原理,熟悉电机的控制原理。 Familiar with the principles of automobiles and motors, and the control principles of motors. 2. 可以熟练应用CANape, INCA 等标定工具。可以使用Excel, Matlab 等数据分析和模拟工具。 Can use CANape tool skillfully. Be able to use data analysis and simulation tool, such as Excel, Matlab etc. 3. 熟悉电驱动系统的基本构造,有参与过完整的电驱动项目开发的优 先。 Familiar with the structure of the electric drive system,and those who have participated in the development of complete electric drive system project are preferred. 4. 了解CAN 通讯原理及XCP 协议的应用。 Understand the CAN communication principle and the application of XCP protocol. 5. 可将英语作为工作语言,良好的沟通技能,能说日语更佳。 English can be the working language. Good communication skills. Prefer can speak in Japanese. 6. 具有团队合作精神,善于表达和沟通,积极进取,敢于承担,能在一 定的压力下工作。 Have team spirit, be good at expression and communication, be proactive, dare
