电驱系统的系统设计工程师

职责Responsibility: 1. 负责项目的技术对接、电驱系统功能定义、系统方案设计,系统开口项管理和技术方案交付,及时管理并分发系统设计信息给必要的团队成员并达成合意,包括与日本系统团队的讨论和交流; Responsible for the technical connection of the project, the function definition of the electric drive system, the system scheme design, the management of technical open items and the delivery of technical schemes,manage, share and align the information with necessary team member,including the discussion and exchange with the Japanese system team. 2. 负责电驱动系统的功能开发,以及系统功能需求分析,负责系统FMEA 和性能优化,并根据审核流程进行汇报; Responsible for the functional development of the electric drive system,system functional requirements analysis, system FMEA and performance optimization, and report according to the review process. 3. 负责组织完成系统开发技术评审工作, 领导开发过程中的技术难点的攻关; Responsible for organizing the design review of system development. Lead the technical difficulties in the development process. 4. 统筹分析项目在研发阶段和工厂试生产EOL 阶段出现的电驱动系统问题,量产项目在售后阶段涉及的电机系统问题,定位问题原因,给出解决方案or 问题解决方向; Make an overall analysis of the motor system problems in the R&D stage and the factory trial production stage of the research project, and the motor system problems involved in the after-sales stage EOL of the mass production project, locate the causes of the problems, and provide solutions or problem solving directions. 5. 支持公司VAVE 及竞品分析相关工作,支持台架DV/PV 试验及8D 问题调查和关闭; Support the company's VAVE and competitive product analysis, and support the bench DV/PV test &8D investigation。 6. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。 Finish other work arranged by System Design Manager. 工作经验 :三年以上电驱动系统的开发经验。在新能源汽车领域有完整项目经验者优先。 WorkExperience:More than 3 years' experience on electric drive-train systemesign. Experience in complete project in the field of new energy vehicles is preferred. 知识技能 Knowledgeand skills 1. 熟悉驱动电机产品,熟悉电机的结构、原理、性能、热管理、电气原理等方面并能把握行业新趋势新变化;其中熟悉控制器硬件或电机机械结构者优先 Familiar with driving motor products, able to grasp the new trends and changes of the industry in terms of motor structure,performance, thermal management, electrical principles etc.Familiar with Inverter hardware or motor mechanical structure are preferred 2. 熟悉软件及测试相关知识,包括CAN/UDS/Diagnosis 原理等,熟悉 ISO26262, ASPICE 等规范协议; Familiar with software and calibration related knowledge, including CAN/UDS/Diagnosis, ISO26262, ASPICE and other specifications and protocols, and understand controller hardware PCBA electronic components; 3. 会使用CANOE/APE/INCA 等通讯和调试工具; Can use CANOE/APE/INCA calibration tools. 4. 有日企合作经历者是加分项 Experience in cooperating with Japanese companies is a plus 5. 可将英语作为工作语言,良好的沟通技能,能说日语优先; Can use English as working language, good communication skills, Japanese is preferred 6.具有团队合作精神,善于表达和沟通,积极进取,敢于承担,能在一定的压力下工作。 Have team spirit, be good at expression and communication, be proactive, dare to undertake, and be able to work under certain pressure.
