This Position reports to:

Sales Support Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement sales support strategy for a designated area in accordance with the global support strategy. Each day, you will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets and leading, developing, and coaching the Sales Support team.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Provide fast sales support for domestic sales units. Achieve region sales budget target.
  • Monitor region daily technical support work, ensure solution's promptness and cost-effectiveness. Support develop new industry segement and deeply cultivating traditional industries.
  • Cooperate the progress of project in region, avoid disordered competition.
  • Communicate with back-end department for complex technical solution feasibility. Responsible for region VIP customer technical support.

Qualifications For The Role

  • University graduate or above, major in mechanical engineering.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Fluent English ( oral and written).
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering background on electrical motors.
  • Over three years experience in machine sales and support works.
  • Be good at communication, full of euthusiasm, and like challenging.
  • Willing to work with different cultures.
