Job Description 职责:功能安全专注于车辆运动控制领域,包括车辆纵向、横向、垂向和融合控制,协调能量回收,牵引力控制,车辆稳定性控制等Your working area will be: vehicle motion control domain, including vehicle longitudinal/lateral/ vertical fusion control, blending recuperation, traction control, vehicle dynamic control, etc.收集和评估功能安全需求(客户,法规,标准等)Collect and evaluate the safety requirements (customer, legal, standards, ...)定义功能安全概念(技术和功能)Create the safety concept (functional, technical)参与功能安全分析(HARA, FTA, FMEDA, FMEA, DFA)Participate in safety analyses (HARA, FTA, FMEDA, FMEA, DFA)定义澄清系统和软件层级的功能安全需求Specify the function safety requirements from system and software level支持软件算法开发,满足响应的功能安全目标Support software algorithm design to meet corresponding safety goal支持系统验证和验收Support system verification and validation支持功能安全评估Support the safety assessment定义和跟踪功能安全计划Create and track the safety plan与客户和供应商定义DIACreate the DIA with customer and supplier(s)与客户沟通功能安全相关话题Communicate safety topics to supplier and customer支持项目获取Support acquisition Qualifications 车辆工程相关专业Major in automotive engineering.   在汽车行业内有3年以上ECU/软件功能安全开发经验>3 years or above experienced in the area safety development of ECUs/SW in the automobile industry.VCU或底盘控制背景优先VCU or chassis control background is mostly preferred.主导过底盘电控制动(ESP/VDC/TCS…)或四驱扭矩控制相关功能安全开发Experience in functional safety development related to chassis controls (ESP/VDC/TCS...) or torque vectoring.熟悉处理因驱动,制动或扭矩分配失稳导致的车辆失稳,包括对上述危害场景进行仿真,HARA分析,导出安全需求,并进行功能安全方案和降级策略设计Familiar with handling vehicle instability due to drive, brake or torque distribution instability, including simulation of the above hazard scenarios, Hara analysis, deriving safety requirements, and designing functional safety mechanisms.熟悉功能安全架构设计,能够指导软件开发和测试验证Familiar with functional safety architecture design and able to guide software development and validation.熟悉ISO26262和GB/T34590ISO 26262 and GB/T34590 knowledge抽象思维和对复杂系统的理解能力Abstract thinking and an understanding of complex systems国际化项目团队中良好的沟通能力Very good communication skill to work in an international project team专业积极的态度和质量意识Professional and positive attitude and Quality awareness分析能力强,有条理,独立,愿意承担责任Analytic, systematic, independent and willingness to take responsibility
