Primary Function/Purpose
负责所辖区域销售团队管理,负责公司产品在区域内的产品推广和医药观念传播工作,追求卓越;保持与重点客户、政府相关部门及专家建立并保持良好关系;负责团队人员招募与发展;根据公司制度对直接下属进行管理与考核;负责区域科室会的组织召开,推广活动支持。

Key Responsibilities

  • 负责管理所辖区域和产品组的各项业务,制定地区目标,销售策略和发展方向;
  • 负责区域的人员招聘,团队的发展,员工绩效管理和教导;
  • 严格遵从国家以及公司的政策,确保团队的合规性,学术性,专业性。
  • 完成公司以及大区下达的所有工作目标;
  • 确保专业拜访和学术研讨活动的全面实施和及时反馈
  • 与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通,以确保和支持市场活动的学术专业性
  • 及时反馈客户疾病诊疗信息、品牌使用信息及市场信息的变化
  • 组织和协调跨部门的合作,完成共同目标。

Qualification/Requirements

  • 全日制本科学历,临床,药学等相关专业优先;
  • 有外资药企销售经验,团队管理经验2年以上;
  • 影响力,积极主动,应变能力,创新
  • 正值、诚实、富有激情,有良好的抗压性与奉献精神,重视团队协作;
  • 有良好的组织协调能力,沟通表达能力及谈判能力,目标结果导向。
