As a Senior Quality Inspector, you will ensure product quality and safety. You will identify defects and recommend improvements by conducting inspections and tests in this role. Conducting various inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of inspection findings and outcomes.

Identifying defects or issues and providing recommendations for improvement.

Providing training and guidance to other inspectors and production staff on quality control procedures.

Supporting the development and implementation of quality control procedures Number of conducted inspections

Experience - Demonstrate quality control and inspection expertise through relevant work experience.

Skill - Be able to use various measurement tools and equipment

Skill - Be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers

Skill - Possess analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail. Decision Quality - Makes good decisions (without considering how much time it takes) based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment; most of his/her solutions and suggestions turn out to be correct and accurate when judged over time; sought tout by others for advice and solutions.

Functional/Technical Skills - Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.

Technical Learning - Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars.
