职位目的:

高效执行订单全流程操作,确保订单处理准确无误,支持团队达成订单准时交付,并通过优化供应链协同机制,提升用户满意度,团队协作助力团队战略目标达成 Efficiently execute the entire order process operation, ensure accurate order processing, support the team to achieve on-time delivery of orders, and improve customers' satisfaction through optimizing the supply chain collaboration. Teamwork helps achieve company's strategic goals.

职位职能:

  • 订单处理与执行 Order Processing & Execution
  • 负责客户订单的接收、录入及基础审核,确保信息准确无误Receive, enter, and perform basic review of customer orders to ensure accuracy.
  • 对于大订单、异常订单具备与客户提前沟通、以及一定的异常处理能力Have the ability to communicate with customers in advance and handle exceptions for large and problematic orders
  • 跟踪订单执行进度,及时向主管反馈异常情况(如延迟、缺货等)Track order progress and promptly report exceptions (e.g., delays, shortages) to supervisors.
  • 协助处理订单交付后的基础售后问题(如物流查询、单据补发等)Assist in post-delivery after-sales support (e.g., logistics tracking, document reissuance).
  • 跨部门协作 Cross-functional Collaboration
  • 与销售、合同、市场、财务、培训等部门沟通,确保订单处理符合公司规定Coordinate with Sales, Contract, Marketing, Finance and Training teams to ensure that order processing complies with company regulations
  • 与物流、生产等部门沟通,协调订单优先级Coordinate with logistics/production teams to prioritize orders.
  • 流程支持与数据记录 Process Support & Data Recording
  • 执行标准化订单管理流程,定期整理订单数据并提交分析报告Follow standardized order management processes and compile order data for analysis reports.
  • 协助维护订单系统数据,确保信息及时更新 Assist in maintaining order system data to ensure timely updates.
  • 客户与投诉管理 Customer & Complaint Management
  • 处理并解决订单争议,协调客服、销售等部门降低投诉风险Resolve critical disputes by collaborating with CS/sales teams.
  • 定期回访重点客户,收集需求并反馈至产品/服务改进项目 Conduct client reviews and provide feedback for service enhancement.
  • 其他 Other
  • 承接主管授权的专项任务(如客户定制化流程设计)Lead special projects (e.g., customized process design).

任职条件:

大专以上学历

至少三年以上相关工作经验

熟悉订单流程和物流流程

良好的工作态度
