We are looking for Service Leader– Guest Relations, we rely on you to:

  • Take responsibility for all guests especially for oversea guests, Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests
  • Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience
  • Provide help and assistance to all guests
  • Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
  • Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Communicates and writes with fluency in German or French due to service needs for oversea guests and Local guests.
  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Loves interacting with guests and customers
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
  • Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with Chinese hotel market, mainland China working experience is preferred.
