该职位来源于猎聘 We are seeking to hire Business Development (BD) Senior seller consultant to support building up the Channel Partnership acquisition strategic business plan under the mission to help thousands of international sellers to sell globally on Walmart. The senior seller consultant is responsible for supporting the acquisition of prospective sellers, managing the seller lifecycle, promoting key product adoption, and guide sellers to accelerate their sales on Walmart.

Main Responsibility: a) Develop a category scalable recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining sellers' business portfolio;

b) Explore channels to identify and recruit sellers based on overall acquisition strategic business plan to execute on aggressive growth plans;

c) Support sellers' launch and sales growth on Walmart with consulting advice;

d) Track, analyze, and report on personal and team KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement;

e) working with various stakeholders and teams across the Walmart organization understand their needs and deliver short-term & long-term business goals;

f) Improve sellers onboarding experience and team effectiveness by leading key programs and initiatives planning and executing

Requirement

  • Demonstrated track record of success in client communication or product/service sales roles, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and seller recruitment strategies.
  • Experience with target seller pitching and event planning and execution
  • Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to initiate, lead and manage projects outside of primary responsibility
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) WMGS doesn't charge any recruitment or similar fee in the recruitment process including but not limited to interview, offering and onboarding.
