  • 收集、分析并验证关键用户的业务需求。 Collect, analyze, and validate business requirements from key users.
  • 与项目团队沟通,确保需求被清楚地理解和正确地处理。 Interface with the project team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly addressed.
  • 跟踪和跟进要求的执行,以确保及时完成。 Track and follow up on the implementation of requirements to ensure timely completion. 3.系统专业知识和培训System Expertise & Training
  • 作为SAP MM及EWM模块的主题专家。 Act as an SAP subject matter expert in MM & EWM modules.
  • 为业务团队提供培训课程和知识迁移。 Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to business experts.
  • 提供通用SAP解决方案和最佳实践的指导。 Provide guidance on common SAP solutions and best practices. 4.项目管理办公室支持Project Management Office (PMO) Support
  • 支持项目计划、执行和监控活动。 Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
  • 跟踪和跟进工作分解结构(WBS)要素,确保按时完成。 Track and follow up on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements to ensure timely completion.
  • 参与项目报告和风险识别。 Contribute to project reporting and risk identification. 任职要求Job Requirement 1.大学本科及以上学历,信息技术、业务分析、管理等专业 Bachelor's degree and above, major in IT、business analysis、management etc. 2.2年以上作为关键用户、顾问或技术专家的SAP实施、支持或系统维护经验,有跨职能或国际项目工作经验者优先。 Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP implementation, support, or system maintenance as a key user, consultant, or technical specialist. Prior experience working in cross-functional or international project environments is a plus. 3.熟悉SAP S/4HANA MM及EWM功能以及典型的业务解决方案,熟悉SAP PP或QM优先考虑 Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM & EWM functionalities and typical business solutions, exposure to SAP PP or QM is an advantage 4.了解订单到现金和生产计划的端到端业务流程。 Understanding of end-to-end business processes in order-to-cash and production planning. 5.熟练的英语听说读写能力,能在国际环境中高效工作。 Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to work effectively in an international environment. 6.具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神,能够与业务团队高效沟通并建立牢固的合作关系 Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork, capable of communicating efficiently with the business team and establishing solid cooperative relationships 7.具备较好的抗压能力及主观能动性,在快节奏的项目环境中能够积极主动地推进项目进展 Good stress resistance and subjective initiative, capable of proactively advancing project progress in a fast-paced project environment 8.具备持续改进的心态,致力于提高流程,知识和技能。 Have a mindset of continuous improvement and be committed to enhancing processes, knowledge and skills.
