Responsibilities

  • 负责人形机器人关节中的减速器设计、开发与验证。
  • 对现有减速器结构进行优化,提升关节的传动效率和可靠性。
  • 参与减速器材料选择与制造工艺的设计,确保产品的高性能与可制造性。与相关团队协作,完成产品的集成与验证测试。
  • 分析机器人关节的力学性能,解决实际应用中遇到的问题,提升产品的整体性能。

Qualifications

  • 机械设计、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • 具备3年以上减速器设计经验,特别是RV减速器、谐波减速器等精密传动装置的设计经验。
  • 深入了解谐波减速器的设计原理、材料特性及其制造工艺。
  • 具备扎实的力学和动力学知识,能够进行减速器的静态和动态分析。
  • 熟练使用CAD、CAE等设计和仿真工具。
  • 具有良好的团队合作精神,较强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。
  • 有自动化设备或人形机器人项目经验者优先。
