Senior Account Director

Role purpose
Being a Hybrid Sales position, the purpose of this role is to deliver a regular stream of new customer relationships to Colt and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Key accountabilities
- Act as the main contact, foster strong and long-term relationship with customers across multiple functions and seniority
- Understand and access customer needs and business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop effective strategies and solution
- Meet business objectives to grow and retain revenues
- Identify and manage renewals, new business, upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Submit reports and conduct regular reviews on achievement against key metrics
- Develop and execute account development plans
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial)
- Achieve Monthly New Sales and Revenue target (determined by starting grade, market covered, etc.)
- Develop and maintain Account Development Plan and/or Territory Plan
- Weekly sales activities target (e.g. 6 face-to-face customer visits per week)
Relationships and key contacts
Existing network of local contacts a plus – especially at decision-making levels
Role specific requirements
Skills & Experience
- Sales background and proof of selling successfully (meeting targets) in previous sales role(s) required
- Demonstrated experience and comfort selling to C-level contacts (as well as all other ranges and types of contacts in customer organizations)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement strategies to meet customer needs and drive account growth
- Proficient in managing time and resources across multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital infrastructure solution (connectivity, hosting, security, managed services)
- Knowledge of Capital Markets a plus

Proficient in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin. Korean and/or Japanese a plus.
