With plants in Austria, China, India, Malaysia and sales offices around the globe, we offer excellent career opportunities for creators, innovators and enablers with the drive to make a difference. To enhance our successful Engineering Team in China in Shanghai, we are looking for a passionateSenior Specialist Engineering SHA (6 Sigma)Your ResponsibilitiesWork in SHA 6 Sigma community team to boost 6 Sigma related activities.Coordinate with BU and other plants on 6 Sigma activities.Plan 6 Sigma activity in SHA plant (operation related) and execute.Hold 6 Sigma Week as planned. Training and coach GB during 6 Sigma Week.Delivery 6 Sigma training and certification when plant required.Provide 6 Sigma methodology support to other Belts and projects.Best practice sharing with other plants.Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to 6 Sigma activity and all associated projects.Lead assigned project within operation related.Multi-project management in Engineering if necessary.Your ProfileBachelor degree or above.>5 years of professional experience.>3 years of experience as project manager/leader.>3 years of experience in 6 Sigma management.Fluent in English both written and oral.Master 6 Sigma methodology, GB certified is needed, BB certified is plus.Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.Knowledge of project management, PMP certified is better.Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), Minitab/JMP.Good stress management skills.Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well).Good communication skills.Ready for a new challenge to advance your career?
