Procurement Lead Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 --Project Procurement Leadership: Supervise procurement for static mechanical and process equipment on EPC projects, managing the process from sourcing to delivery with minimal direction.
--End-to-End Sourcing & Supplier Management: Lead market surveys, supplier pre-qualification, audits, and commercial negotiations (inquiry, bid tabulation, negotiation) to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
--Team Supervision & Expediting: Train, oversee, and manage a procurement engineer, while also tracking and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery.
--Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company and legal guidelines, and prepare detailed reports on pre-qualification, procurement status, and supplier performance.
--Collaborative Team Contribution: Foster a cooperative, motivated team environment with open communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
--Required Expertise: A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering), 8+ years in Oil & Gas procurement with 5+ years in an EPC company, including lead role experience on at least two EPC projects, and basic technical knowledge of mechanical equipment.
