This Position reports to:

Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the digital and solutions business under distribution solutions division in China. Main stakeholders are all operations related functions.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • 支持在配电系统业务单元数字化和解决方案业务部署持续改进的战略和目标。
  • 与各职能部门合作,利用持续改进工具方法如DMAIC等,推动业务部门在质量、交付和成本目标方面的改进,满足客户和利益相关方的承诺。
  • 跟踪业务运营项目关键绩效指标(KPI)的计划、测量、分析和汇报等工作,以展示进展和价值,使决策者能够分配资源并认可成功。
  • 推动/支持质量流程的梳理和优化,形成或修订质量体系文件,并监督其实施落地。
  • 推广业务项目执行经验总结归档和分享,促进团队能力建设。

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • 硕士及以上,管理工程或系统工程类专业,或其它工程类专业有辅修运营管理课程;
  • 有较强的学习能力、沟通能力和抗压能力, 具备一定的个人领导力;
  • 能熟练使用Microsoft office等办公软件,包括PowerBI等分析软件;
  • 英语口语流利。
