工作职责
1. 制程改善
1.1产线的直通率改善;
1.2产线的合格率改善。
2. 异常处理
2.1.产线异常分析与改善;
2.2.产品性能异常分析与改善。
3. 制程能力提升
3.1制程工序能力改善提升;
3.2新产线,新设备引入导入;
3.3行业前沿工艺技术引入导入。
4. 工艺文件开发
4.1 SOP文件编制和更新发布;
4.2 样件控制计划编制和更新发布;
4.3 过程流程图、PFMEA编制和更新发布。
5. 可制造性分析
5.1汇总可制造性分析,更新DFM guideline;
5.2转量产可制造性确认分析。
6. 新产线、设备导入
6.1新设备、产线需求技术方案规划;
6.2 设备、产线验收报告。

任职要求
1.熟悉产品结构、性能、工艺方法等,有扎实的工艺改善及现场经验,能独立组织产品生产过程中出现的问题;
2.良好的团队意识、企业文化认同感;
3.工作责任心强,有创新意识,较强的组织协调、沟通能力;
4.熟练应用SPC、6sigma、Minitab等分析工具,有较强的数据处理能力;
5.需要有大储产品/行业经验。
