This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or people early in their careers. The role will

work directly with the senior leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting, business

development, and market research. You'll be responsible for a mix of research, admin,

scheduling, social media support, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:


• Source candidates and build target lists using LinkedIn, WeChat, and other tools


• Support business development by preparing target company lists and outreach

campaigns


• Assist with marketing activities including newsletters, social media posts, and event

coordination


• Keep the CRM and pipelines organized, prepare candidate profiles, and ensure follow-

ups are tracked


• Provide day-to-day admin support including scheduling, inbox management, and

document preparation

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, HR, or related fields preferred)


• 0–3 years of work experience (fresh grads welcome)


• Strong research and organizational skills


• Fluent in English and Mandarin – overseas study or work experience a plus


• Tech-savvy and comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools


• Positive, professional, and detail-oriented
