Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This all-rounded role will provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compensation & benefits. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin, demonstrating a keen interest in the crypto and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, onboarding, offboarding, staff movement and data entry;
  • Coordinate with the functional teams to ensure a seamless Day 1 experience for new hires (orientation, equipment, system access, welcome kits, etc.);
  • Collaborate with Immigration Department to facilitate work visa application/renewal and documentation;
  • Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries and requests related to benefits, payroll, and other HR services;
  • Assist with the recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, offer;
  • Support campus recruitment activities, including online applications, career fairs/talks, market promotion and interviews;
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to the recruitment team on the new recruitment channels;
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken);
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities;
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn;
  • Strong interest in the crypto and financial services industry. Candidate with relevant HR experience/internship is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
