工作职责
岗位职责:
1. 负责新品可服务性评估,输出评估合理化建议,协助推进改善;
2. 对接研发中心、制造中心和海外BG服务管理部,衔接海外销售端和售后服平台的技术支持和专业指导;
3. 收集海外售后培训需求,编制技术培训资料、FAQ、拆卸视频等,协助海外服务人员远程&现场技术培训:
4. 协助产品EOL/备件EOL流程,拉通提供退市机型售后BOM,并释放备件退市信息至海外BG服务管理部;
5. 参与评估技术变更过程对售后的影响程度及合理性。

任职要求
任职资格
1. 学历要求:本科及以上学历;
2. 英语基础良好,能熟练进行日常口语交流者优先考虑;
3. 有冰洗相关的技术或售后服务方面工作经验者优先。
