We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Learning Academy Manager MHQ

Job Description:

  • Formulate learning and development strategy & plans to ensure HACN staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in line with the business development of the Bank.
  • Maintain close contact with business lines to identify training needs and provide efficient and effective training and development solutions and advice.
  • Develop and deliver core curriculum in areas such as leadership development, managerial effectiveness, onboarding, compliance, and professional skills (e.g., communication, collaboration, critical thinking).
  • Plan and deliver training solutions to prepare staff members to support the operations and services as well as new system/product launches.
  • Monitor the development and delivery of training activities as well as ensuring the effectiveness and quality of various programs, and the cost efficiency of training solutions.
  • Enhance the awareness and knowledge of staff on policies and regulations imposed by Group and regulators.
  • Source and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
  • Regularly provide training statistics and reports for compliance reinforcement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering successful, scalable training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models , and talent management best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
