We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Prestige Banking Manager.

Job Duties


• Building up effective sales channels, monitor sales events to achieve business targets of each cities.

• By proactively consolidating market information / competitors' moves, and identifying issues of marketing campaigns and product launches to recommend to management / internal departments for decision making and further improvement on competitiveness

• Engage regional teams of sales staff to explore and solicit potential customers to ensure sales target achievement

• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (FIMs, GSCs, circulars) and external regulatory requirements.

• Maintain awareness of operational risk and adherence to Group's standard of ethical behavior, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting.

• Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize risk exposure.

• Closely track sales results of related channel events

Job Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 years' relevant banking experience in channel development and customer acquisition direction.

• Strong customer service orientation, good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality and ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese; with good knowledge of PC application software.
