Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers;
  • Answer customer promptly with updated information on product engineering and trouble-shooting techniques;
  • Build-up an effective link with customer through routine visits;
  • Collect, analyze field technical data, and elaborate technical review;
  • Report to OEM technical-related issues;
  • Update customer database;
  • Ensure OEM trouble shooting and maintenance standards are correctly implemented;
  • Introduce products and technical services to new operators;
  • Participate to dedicated technical training courses;
  • Review repair station shop finding reports and elaborate technical analysis;
  • Assist Customer and Material Supply Department to procure adequate documentation, tools or parts;
  • Attend annual field service engineers meeting;
  • Demonstrate special tools at customer base;
  • Other tasks assigned by superior

*Competencies*

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Aviation mechanic & electronic engineering;
  • At least 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance associated with engineering or line maintenance;
  • Former employment with a domestic airline is an advantage;
  • Proficient in using AMM/CMM;
  • Well-versed in MS Office;
  • Fluent Chinese and good oral and written English;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proficient computer skills;
  • Responsibility and service oriented;
  • Strong communication and coordination skills;
  • Action oriented focus, active communication;
  • Strong team spirit and learning adapting capability;
  • Cross-cultural competence;
  • Ability to work under pressure.
