Your Future Team

Dayuse is seeking its next Account Manager to help conquer the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) market by joining our Sales & Account Management team based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the APAC Director, you'll play a pivotal role in one of our most strategic markets.

You'll be part of an international, ambitious, and data-driven team that works across Customer Service, Business Development, Data, and Marketing to build strong partnerships and maximize performance. Your mission? To turn every hotel into a Dayuse success story.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Market Expansion – Grow Dayuse's footprint in ANZ by building partnerships with leading regional and global hotel chains.
  • Be the Regional Liaison – Act as the main contact for key accounts, resolving issues, aligning with global strategy, and strengthening executive-level relationships.
  • Optimize Product Competitiveness – Manage hotel product listings across pricing, availability, and booking rules to secure a top competitive position in the market.
  • Consult Through Data – Leverage KPIs and business reviews (Tableau, analytics) to advise hotel partners on performance strategies and long-term growth.
  • Negotiate & Deliver Value – Partner with revenue managers and hotel directors to secure the best rates, offers, and availability.
  • Report & Strategize – Track performance and market activity, providing regular insights and recommendations to the Regional Director.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years min background in business development, account management, or partnerships—preferably within hospitality, travel, or OTA sectors.
  • Experienced in global or regional hotel chains or Revenue Management, Distribution roles are a plus.
  • Alternatively, proven track record in e-commerce or tech startups, with strong ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, confident with KPIs and data tools (e.g., Tableau, HubSpot, Excel).
  • Self-driven and determined, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the ANZ market will be a strong plus.
