Job Description:

实验室维护和验证执行。

  • 质量技术员将执行或支持仪器确认和计算机化软件确认

  • 质量技术员将执行或支持测试方法验证

  • 质量技术员在培训后将依据制造过程执行样品制备和测试,包括过程质量控制和成品检验。

  产品质量、控制、处置和标准的执行

  •  支持质量工程师执行不合格、CAPA 和客户投诉有关的活动。

  • 支持质量工程师对于原材料鉴别、隔离和缺陷分类,包括日常生产的技术成功的运用。

  • 支持质量工程师分析、审阅纠正预防措施的有效性。

质量符合性

  • 支持质量工程师审阅、分析当前产品和流程是否符合标准。

  • 支持质量工程师进行周期性在线审核,介入生产控制例如批的隔离。

生产、过程控制包括控制计划

  • 支持质量工程师开发、解释和实施适当的流程监视和控制方法,始终保持与过程/产品风险的一致性。

  • 收集数据和执行各种分析和统计方法,作为过程改善和日常支持的一部分。

  • 支持质量工程师开发和实施标准和非标准的取样计划。

  • 支持工程师评估测量工具、破坏性试验、非破坏性试验和测量系统的有效性。

负责确保个人和公司遵守联邦、州、地方和公司的所有法规、政策和程序。

执行其他必要的职责。
